Mine is slightly nose down, as per S Hogg's instructions, I'll fiddle more over the next few days.
What was interesting from the first ride was that not crushing my warrior did mean the bike felt shorter, as I could happily rest onto/into the saddle rather than holding myself off it.
You can never be too prepared.
