The only funny thing in that is the hotel. What's wrong with sours?
As for the Hop Shot thing, they've already done an extreme version of that in the Watt Dickie:

I've not tried it myself, so can't comment, but it doesn't rate highly:

I thought watt-dickie was pretty unpleasant. Tactical nuclear penguin was far better

I'm not paying £40+ for their crazy high ABV experiments.

Brewdog beers are well overrated. There I have said it.

And... if they make it? Who would've thought Apple was worth whatever they're worth now? Exactly, you'd all have shares if you were so clever :)

I'm very tempted by the share issue but need to buy a house first... >_<

Have only ever tried them in single measures (and conveniently, while entertaining customers)

There's nothing wrong with sours. It's just that not many people really like them. I don't like many that I've tried. I sometimes think they'd be better suited for hotter climates. The Hop Shot thing just sounds totally cack to me.
I'd like it if they stepped up and tried to make more beers that didn't taste American. A real ale even!

Anyone have a beer subscription?
Just read a tastecard email with a beer52 offer on it.
£14 for 14 beers, then £24 month for a dozen. Cancel when you like.
Was thinking of giving it a crack. -

After their CAMRA slagging match?
Good idea though. I'd be happy to see some real ales at their bars. Probably wouldn't suit the hipster crowd but for beer fuckwits like me I'd totally hit it :)

oo was eyeing that up online the other day and just discovered I can get it on my kindle. Done.
Anyone know of beery places to go in Newcastle? I am going there for a team weekend away (not a team building type one but a let's get pished one). They all normally have horrendous hangovers on the Saturday and I normally am left to go exploring by myself. Have discovered we are staying around the corner from Brewdog and the Bridge Tavern so I'm going to pop in there for lunchtime drinks/food. Anyone know any good bottle shops for local beers or small breweries that are open on Saturdays for visits?

The CAMRA stuff was just marketing though (in my opinion). They could do a twist on real ale, I guess.
I think the only not-ridiculously-hopped beer they make apat from their lagers is Dogma. It is really excellent though.

I've abused their discounted months, can i do this too? Good beers. £2 a pop is boss. Is it just a code?
-
• #3674
I tend to use Brewdog bars to hit up the guest beers. Have you tried their darker stuff like Cocoa Psycho?
-

I followed a link in an email and the discount was already applied, if i find a code ill sling it in here
