I did the London Triathlon in Hyde Park on Sunday.
Despite falling off my bike in the wet I finished in 2:48:11 - which I was happy with.
Swim / T1 / Bike / T2 / Run
37:39 / 6:12 / 1:06:54 / 2:31 /54:55
The bike course was shorter than advertised though...
