I've put Jagwire sealed cable housing set on the girlfriend's bike, it work brilliantly and never even required a drop of oil to reduced friction through winter.

Yeah, I had it routed "traditionally" last two seasons and the rear brake and derailleur cables give / gunk up after a few races. Trying to prolong their usefulness. Understand the tradeoff with performance though doesn't seem bad at all now I've done it.
