That Cervelo chart is 5+yrs old now - you'll find most manufacturers have now adopted S&R sizing approach that brings them more in-line with that Cervelo curve. E.g.

You sometimes get some overlap on the x2 smaller sizes but that's usually governed by a min. front-centre measurement for toe-clearance reasons (they usually compensate/straighten out overall reach with stem length). Most manufacturers simply ignore this though.
Strangely, some still list S&R even though there was no consideration the figures in the geo. Pinerello is a classic example with their mind-boggling 13 size offering. Who knows, maybe they like paying for carbon moulds?! :) Take a look @ the Dogma F8
