I don't know about bike shops but if you have the time see 2ememain.be and http://www.troc-velo.be/ for announcements. I've made so e very good finds there.

Find myself in Bruges for the weekend... Does anyone know of anywhere that I could pick up some steel Belgian/Dutch bikes?
