Well I found the perp's full name and a bunch of photos of him after some digging, some of which involved searching through one person's 850 Facebook friends, and then sent the info over to the guy who had his saddle stolen. It wasn't the case of a quick Google search... No "hero", but just a decent thing to do.
If you want to talk about "profiteering", isn't Sky owned by Rupert Murdoch, the notoriously right-wing Sun and Fox owning Conservative and Republican Party backer? Focus on the big picture and leave the small guys alone please.
