Going to revive this as interested in this prospect. Especially if anyone were to be going from Japan to the UK. I know its not exactly the same as what was suggested by @JWestland but it runs along the same lines:
For instance (definitely just an example) if they were to take a frame with them that would eliminate the evil customs charge.
Sadly have next to no connections unless anyone is interested in picking up some Pakistani steel?
