Thanks... Which one is not "porn" according to you? Why? Or maybe it's too much at the same time.
I cannot see any problem with these bikes. Maybe the front brake. -

Handlebars on the Vitus
Straps on the first two bikes
Over extended (appears to be) seatpost in the lookBut tbh that's me being really picky. I do quite like the majority of them and am a fan of the tape used (ID?) But am not so keen on the one above the Vitus (handlebar choice) and the one with the campag pista wheelset (the colours).

That level is nice. Its the frame I based my dave yates self build on (except mine is shite). Nice bike though.
Carry on.

Never seen that kind of Merckx frame design before. Is it real?

The Thomson hate is something I will never understand. Sure it's popular but I think it looks great, it's light for alu, and for me it always harks back to when I was an MBUK idolising sprog and I got my first bit of Thomson kit, which I still have.

They're ok on chunky HHSB's, but not svelte road machines. Also, the X2 I had didn't grip very well. The 10 degree option is nice, and you could go X4 I guess. Arx FTW though.

TBH I like the look of the other Thomson seatposts, just not this one with the setback in the weird place. I find this to be ugly no matter what bike it's on.

My 110 arx is noodly as hell compared to Thomson x2 and x4
-
• #93397
X2 road stem is total wank. As are all 2 bolt stems.

• #93398
I've been happily running my X2 for the past 3-4 years. Two bolt or not it's fine. #hatersgonnahate

Had nothing but problems with both the ones I had. Both creaked and both slipped riding through pot holes - and yes, I do own a torque wrench.

Have them on two bikes and they have been great. Had one slip once when I clattered into a pothole but in 6 years that was the only problem.
^^ are you stealing amey´s crown ?
