I'll be going through around half 5 if anyone else wants to do the same. It's difficult to comprehend that until yesterday, someone was doing what I do, in the same space that I use everyday and because of something horrible, they won't ever again.

A cyclist who died after a collision with a lorry in Denmark Hill has been named as 32 year old Esther Hartsilver.

Just found out she was a colleague of one of our club members at Kings, So sad.

Awful news, my condolences to Esther's family and friends. So sad.

Critical mass came past earlier (I live just round the corner), I wish I'd thought about it beforehand as I would have gone and joined the ride. I did go and take some flowers earlier- already lots of bunches tied to the lamppost, a much loved young woman. RIP

I have just realised this is one of the best friends of a long time family friend and neighbour whilst growing up of mine... Absolutely tragic news. It shouldnt, but it hits home more than ever when you feel some sort of connection. Rip Esther. Love and all the best wishes to her wonderful friends and caring family.
