So, we'll have done a chilled ride to Essex, some circuits on "our" top secret race training ground, now its time to hit the hills and hurt.
The route will be the "Attaque" route, with a couple of changes.
3 decent sized hills for fun times (+ that one we did the other day that's really damn steep) , with a steady roll out and back in.
Skills to be practiced-
Chaingang through and off.
Hillclimbs and where to attack.
Random sprints.
Pace will be hard, with sprints and attacks at random, gathering at tops of hills.
Numbers limited for safety. Additionally, please note that you are responsible for your own safety and good bike handling is important, as is appropriate preparation prior to attending.
There will be another ride for less confident riders to gain skills.
