Yeah! Surprising how much tension it needs to work correctly. The lbs showed me a trick. Set the limit screw when the chain is on the 4th from biggest sprocket then set cable tension and then reset the limit screw and when the mech slacks off it tightens the cable up more. Seems to work. Was spot on during tonight's spin.

Just tighten the cable a lots more than you think, and make sure the cable run through the derailleur.
