I thought Goffs prices seemed very reasonable.

@sacredhart beside the price do you think he will be able to build something similar to what I want?

2k paint is a type of paint in two parts as to a frame baked thus hiding a lot of intricate frame details . Donhou was on my list as well. What about the cycle academy and some of the new start up builders . Supporting new talent and all that. I forgot about feska if you want to deal with poland . Surely someone in ireland must be turning out good stuff as well.

@pacef8 many thanks for the explanation. I didn't thought about cycle academy or new startup, in fairness, I don't know any name. As per dealing with Poland I would rather avoid. I got in touch with Orlowski because he is highly recommended here on LFGSS but I'd prefer to support local builders if possible. I sent out various email this morning so far only Sword, Talbot, Donhou and Shand got back to me, the latter refusing to carry on the work though. All the other three have been quite convincing and especially for Sword prices are quite interesting although Talbot seemed the one offering the best deal overall. If only Ted James or 14 Bike Co were going to reply... they are the one who build those frames I linked in the first place, well 14 Bike Co at least but I can't figure out if they are back in business or not.

There's also Petor from Dear Susan Cycles - http://websta.me/n/dear_susan_bicycles
@±ln(x) 9 months lead time for Donhou, something that I have to consider carefully.
