  • Aende, built by 'pongo' Braithwaite back in the early 80's. The frame is Columbus record steel and has been powder coated black. The group set is dura ace 7400 with a new shimano 105 chainset and crank. The tyres are new continental gator skins and the wheels are rodi sealed bearing. Also fitted with an fsa full carbon seat post, ITM Goccia stem with 3ttt mex bars. Recently serviced and unused since the service. Also has a dura ace headset that was rebuilt. Great, fast, light retro racing bike. Sadly, I need to get a bike capable of a canal path commute, the sense is too nice to trash! Local collection in west London or I can meet!

    Okay- frame sizing and AOB:

    56cm Top Tube C2C
    56cm Seat Tube C2C
    15CM Head Tube

    130mm Stem

The pedals are Look 5.1 - compatible with look delta system.

I have just noticed that the saddle on the bike is cracked, so, I will provide a Whyte saddle in lieu of the broken saddle.

    Proper parts list:

Aende 56cm frame made from Columbus record with matching forks.
    Dura Ace 7400 Headset
    Dura Ace 7400 caliper Brakes
    Dura Ace 7400 Brake Levers
Dura Ace 7400 Rear Mech and Front mech
Dura Ace 7400 7 Speed shifters (14 speed bike)
    105 Chainset
Shimano Octolink BB with about 50km usage
Rodi Airline wheelset with sealed bearings
    FSA Carbon seatpost
    Look 5.1 Pedals
    Whyte Saddle
    ITM Goccia 130mm quill stem

The forks have the Columbus 'Dove' etched into the crowns.

I would like £300 for the bike. I can include some extra parts and possible delivery within 25 miles of Uxbridge if I can get £400 - 105 groupset and some spares including Dura Ace Seatpost.

Weight; ~8.5kg according to our scales.....
