I had a look at PBP night photos and there's all manner of shit so I guess they aren't that strict on the compliance. If I get something in horrible yellow with some reflective shite on it (ie. the dhb gilet thing) I reckon should be ok. Especially since my French is so awesome - angry arm waving.
