Nice rise into Ally Pally and out again in the sunshine and then a breezy dash to Lordship Lane and down into Kingsland Road and a coffee at Sammy's at Christchurch. One minor avoidance with a big shout and I'm here in 1 piece. I do like today's weather. 8/10
