Fucking solicitors. You got my money, you've had it for ten months, we went through all of your money laundering shit back then. You know who I am, where I live, what I earn, what I send my money on and to which side I dress. You would not take initial instruction directly from me for this new property because the last one was from my IFA. Fine, he has instructed you. Why now are you asking me to officially instruct you again?!?!?! Why didn't we just do that in the first fucking place?!?!?!?!?!?! Why am I waiting for you to transfer the files from one colleague to another?!?! It's a fucking handover, not rocket surgery!!! Furthermore, if you're saying it's "technically a completely new transaction" why wait for the handover anyway?!?!?! Make up your mind!
