Difficult to drill the rear, as the seat tube gets in the way.
Easier to mount a second front brake, backwards; ie on the front of the brake bridge, facing the "wrong" way.

Talking drilling:
Just mounted 25s on the HED and now I have to get more clearance for the mudguard. There is space under the fork. Do I drill or file?
