Even 23mm is fine on 19mm, I've ridden on similar (with A719), your concern is simply that the low inflation will have a higher risk of chipping the rims despite the low/zero risk of pinch flat.
chipped rims not a problem if you ride brakeless as you said, but it might cause further damage than just chipping.
They are 19mm internal and 25mm external.
There is only clearance for a 23mm tyre up front and I want to use it for winter training on mixed surfaces, so the only way of getting more comfort was with wider rims, but I might be pushing it.
However, xm119 rim is wider than archetype and costs one fifth of it, so it's a cheap experiment and it doesn't matter if the rims get a bit scratched up :)
For now they're amazingly comfy and roll great with low pressure
