  • Their warranty is similarly worded - I expect it depends on the context of the claim. The relationship the dealer has with the company, the customer's relationship with the dealer and who ends up handling the claim at Trek UK.

  • Except Trek's lifetime warranty is lifetime, not until we feel like it. Why call it life time if it's 5 years? Why deliberately mislead people into thinking they are buying a product with a life time warranty, not a product with a limited life time.

  • Both are lifetime warranties - Trek just seem to cover wear and tear - even though their policy excludes it - whereas Cannondale do not.
