I remember reading (but have not been able to find again) that in the promo bumph around CAAD10 that that factory that makes them would normally be responsible for manufacturing issues and have to pay for warranty returns, but the CAAD10 had been pushed so far to the limit of what you could do with alu that Cannondale was liable for them
