Cannondale have been pretty frank about the fatigue life of their alu frames at least since CAAD7 Optimo - a couple of years full on racing use.
The lifetime warranty is made against manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials, not fatigue failure.
But yeah unless you read the whole thing it does look like a no questions asked replacement deal.
I'd expect if a frame failed through fatigue you could still get an amnesty of some sort.
Although CSG are Dorel they aren't Cannondale - they still have the distributor mentality from their previous life as hotwheels.
Any reports etc. regarding the fatigue life of their frames?
