  • You'll be better off seeking a qualified sports physio to tell you that. You could also spank some cash and do a session with a running technique coach.

  • My guess was from the other side of the Internet. All I know is that I heel strike more when tired. Can you get to a physio or coach somewhere?

    Running along the Norfolk coast this morning. Absolutely glorious, and flat.
