i found today in Poland this frameset with some parts on. Can anybody advise me if this is worth to be rebuilt?

Answer is yes. But its only a rear deraileur & chain short of being a complete geared bike. So id be tempted to restore it to a geared. I can see campagnolo skewers, the wheels are no doubt old but probably decent, its got an upgraded cinelli stem thats probably at least a decade newer than the rest of the bike.
