My two cents: don't buy a Pelizzoli frame, it could be a nightmare. I'm on fixedforum and I can read a lot about problems with Pelizzoli (can read you too on the dedicated thread!!).
There are lot of alternatives: Vetta, Barco, Faggin, Legor, Zino, Zullo, Carlà.
