Picked up a package from the post office tonight and now have everything (except for the frame, which I'm picking up on the weekend) to build it up. Was slightly worried because I'm using a Shimano XT MTB cassette and I wasn't sure if it would work fine on the 105 hub, but there was no issues.
Installed the cassette, tyres and tubes and fitted the levers, Sim Works stem and bell to the bars. There's also a photo of the MASH stem cap and bar ends I'm using.
