I haven't crashed on the road since, oooh, Christmas 2010 I think? Hit a patch of icy snowy stuff and lost the front wheel.
I crash my mountain bike about twice a week. I count a crash as anything that makes me stop. Crashing into something and recovering doesn't count, I do that a lot too. I don't have very good coordination.
