The one in question is probably a Donohue build and I really like the paint job - the component choice and all over aesthetics are spot on for me.

Then you should build one like it, it wouldn't cost much. I had a fairly similar (but rather better) one custom built for less than a grand for the whole bike, the one thing it has in common with the Weigh is that it is functional not porn.
Hate to agree with Tester, but Weigh is just Ribble with pretentions.

Not really. When I were a lad, Graham Weigh was what you ended up with if you couldn't afford a nice frame :-)
