I have a matching pair of 650C track wheels from my Fuji bike.
Black Alex rims ,Quando hubs ( rear fix / free ) 28 spoke I think .
With a Kenda tyre or option of some new Conti 4000's if you want to cover the cost.
Never used in the wet or the dark .
In Edinburgh, can post in a proper wheel box in UK for £9
