Might not be up for a rigorous ride tmr.. Managed to acquire what feels like a big bruise on my thigh idiotically dropping my chain hopping off a curb earlier..

Im fine.. Just sods law tagt this has to happen after a ride :-p

I think I'll leave it for a day.. tmr I need to be back in London for early afternoon so will do a Layhams loop or similar in the morning.
