Those bolts are looking pretty rusty O.o
Actually, it's worth mentioning quite how much use this frame has had.
It's survived two cyclocross seasons
It's been hit by a car
It's done Paris Roubaix (well, OK, the goofy sportive route)
It's done battle on the beach
Numerous 'cyclocross sportives'
Epping shiz and other LFGSS rides
The occasional audax and road sportive
Yorkshire TDF stalking

Those bolts are looking pretty rusty O.o
If you have the dropouts replaced, you can get the ones with a tension screw, to avoid unwanted slippage :-)
