Those bolts are looking pretty rusty O.o
If you have the dropouts replaced, you can get the ones with a tension screw, to avoid unwanted slippage :-)
Yeah that would be a better solution I think.
Good thing Matt owns a pillar drill - shouldn't be too hard to drill out the old bolts :)
