Try gear spares instead of brake spares. Most bike shops will have something that fits tho.

My 'cable adjust' has broken in two, leaving half inside the Dura Ace 7400 rear mech.
Can I get a new one, is it a special part or are their generic replacements?
This looks like it would do the job d'ythink?
