• I'd avoid a true ISO as Campagnolo cranksets of this age used a proprietory taper which needs to be deeper than a true ISO. You may & may not be lucky but the cranks can come too far up the taper with the back of the crank ending up hard against the scallop at the centre-line end of the taper - often, a cracked LH crank results.

    You'd probably be best off looking for a period BB. Yes, they take more servicing, not being sealed, but a correct bracket will also not be likely to damage your cranks!
