If the whole thing is symmetrical a 2 mm difference amounts to a 1 mm difference in chain line. I wouldn't worry about that. Someone on here (probably tester) once linked to a paper showing that it doesn't matter much in terms of power transfer efficiency anyway.
If you insist on getting a 109mm bb you could get something else but make sure the spindle has ISO tapers, not JIS.
