Got a puncture so pulled up at a bench in the sun on the river lea path. There was a swans nest opposite and daddy swan was chasing some Canada geese (bloody immigrants) away from his stretch of water.
After a while watching this, I eventually decided to fix the puncture.
Should pause more often.
