Zona and 531 are steel tube types. A frame built out of Zona tubes will be slightly stiffer but 531 would soak up road buzz better. Or so people say.
Going custom would mean you can have something individual, which none of the other options really are, and you would know it would suit all your needs and fit you well ie bottle cages, mudguard mounts, clearance etc

@iPete the plan is to use it on a day to day 5.5 miles commute on a mostly flat route but I won't exclude some extended weekend ride. The Langster doesn't take the front brake by default but you can surely change the fork to accommodate one. Between Fixie or SS I don't have a major preference although fixie is nice, surely brakeless is not an option, not in London with all the crazy driver at least. About Dolan what about the TC1 then? About the geometry I would say track geometry but nothing exasperate if possible though.
About the vigorelli I think I'd like to stay clear from Cinelli this time.
