What to buy next

Hi everyone, meanwhile I wait to hopefully find a buyer for my Cinelli (photos will come soon, I got access to it back only today) I need advice about what to buy next. I would like to avoid to listen to the same friend who suggested the Cinelli (I was disappointed) and listen to more experienced bikers. Some of the key points:

1. Let's say that I don't have a budget but I'm not insane either so I would be comfortable going around the area of £1000 or maybe a bit more
   
2. I would like to buy another single speed/fixie/track bike
   
3. Nice welding are welcome (this is also one of the reason I didn't like my Cinelli in the first place)
   
4. I wouldn't mind just get components to be assembled rather than a full bike
   
5. I do like aero design
   
   

With those points in mind what do you people suggests? What's hot in 2015 and what should I look at?
The brands I currently have in the targets are Specialised, Fuji, Dolan as Leader but mainly because I just know these for seeing them mentioned countless time on here.

Any advice is welcome.
