Its worth stating (before anyone else does) that most of the kids riding track at Herne Hill have been doing so for years, and as such are much more experienced than the majority of the adults riding in b's and c's... It's great when they suddenly shoot up a foot and start beating you, but the little nippers should stay in youths or c's until they can handle the bike better and learn to sprint in the saddle.
