^ Really agree about the bike handling skills of some of youfs, there are a few that really chicken dance around when they're out of the saddle.
I'm going to give inters/thurs night a go this week and fingers crossed I'll feel better. If not I'm going to be really fucking irritated a wreck my first ever week has taken me off TL for two months.
