It's dumb, they should stop all the little kiddies moving themselves up from C's. I'm all for the youth riders moving up, but not when they aren't big or strong enough to handle the bike at speed (taking up a meter either side in an unnecessary out-of-the-saddle sprint in the middle of the bunch just to respond to a change in pace, for example).
