Hi, what's wrong with the LH crank of the FSA?

So LH crank- essentially it may be as simple as someone has mis-set the self extraction thingy, or it may require a completely new crank.
Sadly no-one I know has the correct tool to remove the self-extractor from the cranks-so I'm at a loss.
Theres a few mm lateral play in them atm, and its kinda annoying, because the cranks are basically brand new.

Those DT cable stops on CAAD10 arent removable are they? Because that means its Di2 compatible ..

Not removable- no... Its a beast of a bike as is, though. I've just got too many that overlap.
