Fuckers. Even though our existing mortgage offer (for the house we are no longer buying because the vendors are idiots) is with the Halifax, we need to re-apply for the mortgage for the new place. IFA is on it and doesn't seem concerned but it's still another uncertainty I have to wait for. If we get stung by the affordability bullshit (just been on holiday, paid mrs_com's college course for the year [she works full time, doing a course one day a fortnight]) I will go fucking spare.
Everything says it will be fine but I hate that it's in somebody else's hands.
