Do you know if it's full chrome under the paint?

Nope. I sanded some of the rust spots back before touching them up with the converter and its bare under there. Unless it's gonna be a beater it should really have a sandblast and paint job.

I don't have the time for this project so it needs a better home.
It's a Gazelle AA super in 531C with the seat tube at 58 c to c and top tube at 57 c to c. There's tonnes of really nice details like panto's on the forks, lugs and brake stays, as well as beautiful wrap around stays. The dropouts are Campag and the BB is Cinelli.
There was quite a bit of surface rust when I bought it that I hit with rust converter before storing it for a year. This killed the surface rust but has turned black and looks a bit shit.
The chrome is all perfect and the frame will come up beautifully after a restoration, which was my plan. It'd work as a quality beater as is though.
