The frameset :) maybe seatpost, handlebar and brake.
I.e. I don't intend to leave it (if I get it) as a single speed, but prefer to bring it back on the road as a proper road bike. So everything that makes it single I'm not interested in.
That means wheelset, crankset, pedals, stem, brake lever, chain.
Got rolls saddle already, so that is not in my list either.
