then put them on the ebay pile that stays in the corner for eternity.
Glad I'm not the only one who does this.

Anyone with a PTJ getting bobbling/pulled threads on the back? Had mine a while but barely worn it, only a handful of times. Hand washed it twice in its life, never been anywhere near a washing machine. I expect it around the pockets but all over the back is pretty disappointing

Mine is fraying a little on the storm flap behind the main zipper, like the edge wasn't sealed properly after cutting. Not a major thing, but I'm keeping an eye on it.

Have you been wearing a courier bag or rucksack on top?
-
• #20582
Never, but that's kind of what it looks like

Something is contacting your ptj either in the wash, drier, or while you're riding
-
• #20584
It's been hand washed on it's own twice, never been in a drier and has been worn as a top layer with nothing over the top, so that's unlikely. Plus it's all over the back, so would be strange to have a uniform spread of snagging over all of that same material.
It's not the end of the world, I kind of expect that after a season of heavy use and machine washing, just to have it after maybe 7-8 uses and washing care above and beyond the instructions is a bit of a let down.

Have you been having sexy times while wearing it?

• #20586
Do you have a cat?
-
• #20587
Yes, sexy times with my cat in the PTJ, what else would anyone use it for?
Not really...
No cat or any animals in the house. I'm fastidious about velcro items (gloves, overshoes etc) being kept away from my kit, especially in the washing machine, not that the PTJ has been anywhere near the machine as stated

Were you using it to play this?

Yes, that is where I have sexy time with my cat
-
• #20590
You've worn it 8 times and washed it twice? Sounds fishy.
-
• #20591
Yeah, both washes came after club runs. The other times I've worn it have been on commutes, which are only 12 miles each way so not worth washing

Stinky.

Does anyone know if the archive store has any 3/4 pants in a 38 fitting, or do I have to stick with trying ebay?
-
• #20594
I was there on friday and they only had winter tights, pro team thermal bibs, pro team bibs and lightweight bibs

What's the go with base layer sizing? If I'm an extra small in jerseys would I go for an extra small base layer too? Or size down?
-
• #20596
Same size. Pro Team one is very comfy and washes well.
-
• #20597
merino base layers I've downsized a size or 2
-
• #20598
im an xs in jerseys and went xs in baselayers. Could easily have gone xxs though as they stretch out if you wear them more than once before washing (dont judge me)

Just got a booklet with a 10% code. If anyone wants it pm me

Which base layers did you get? I'm about to purchase the short sleeve mesh merino bundle but unsure whether to go for XXS or XS. Leaning towards sizing down, want them to be nice and snug under a jersey
Went for the grey checked thermal bibs...
