I'm looking for the two bits in the image.
1) Something to attach a cable to the threaded rod that changes the gears. It doesn't have to be adjustable, just something to make a neat join.
2) Something to attach a cable safely to the brake arm. The arm is single thickness unlike a Sturmey-Archer one so the attachment is a U of metal with a pin through it that locates in a notch on the arm.
I'm looking for the parts or bright ideas.
