Thanks for the kind comments. Thankfully, no-one spotted the RX100 shifters! Lol
I put Simplex ones on initially, but owing to the design, were no good for 8 or even 7 speed. In first gear, the lever would be parallel to the downtube, pointing at the chainset!
These index perfectly. Mavic 821's would have been ideal for the full house but they're rare, and as such, expensive when you see them for sale.
