They are not much of a muchness. You need a long cable to reach back tyres of a Volvo (or Merc) estate from the fag lighter, and you want a fast inflation time. Also, with the Ring Automotive one you just tell it what you want the tyre pressure to be, and press the button. It shuts off when the desired pressure is reached.

I've ordered RG's one, for whatever reason it strikes me as being more robust.
This means it will probably explode into a million bits as soon as I come to use it of course.

what i'd expect a porsche owner to use....

there (were) 5 vehicles in the household, robustness required for equine enthusiast types

51k miles? Snap it up. Unmolested ones are few and far between.
-

Bought it for the Merc, which had an annoying habit of losing half the air from its tyres at uneven intervals, due to shit replica alloys.
The other good thing is that it fits in the spare wheel. -

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/motoring/motoringvideo/11602735/The-ultimate-Range-Rover.htmlI hate the new ones with a passion but the old ones were proper classy.

What width wheels?

Why don't you like the new ones?
-
• #23489
From my conversations with the main tyre guy for one of the MX5 series, 205s aren't worth it on 15x7. Stick to a 195.
-
• #23490
Why is that?
I have read that some of the slower cars can struggle to get heat into the bigger tyres.
-
• #23491
Caus they look shit?
Especially that new turbo wank LED headlight cluster of fug.

Was lusting after an E39 BMW 540i on Autotrader last night, V8 auto barge with all the leather
-
• #23493
I really like the E39, though I'd have the 530 over the 540 any day. I looked at a few and the 6 is just such a nice engine. Much easier on the pocket too.
-
• #23494
Yeah there's a silver 530 with velour trim on eBay at the moment for £2.8k
-
• #23495
Auto too, which I'd like to give a go lazy
-
• #23496
Watch the run and cool times. This is what kills those inflators.
-
• #23497
Why not the 750?
-
• #23498
Don't think it'd fit on my street
-
• #23499
Move somewhere it will.
With the 750 price doesn't reflect how good or how bad they are.
