Road frame, miss matched wheels (rims, hubs, spokes AND valve caps), miss matched tires, coloured tire, 2 speed rear hub, coaster break, 46T Zen, 20T rear cog, seatpost junk, out of place red saddle...

Granted, put these parts and a matched wheel + tire on a proper track frame and you probably have a nice looking bike. But in this state I think it's definitely anti.

Rat maybe, anti? Hmm IMO still a bit harsh.

This dude's frame is way too small too. Compact geometry is so anti.
